MODEL 505B: LIVE CT ADMITTANCE TESTER

A battery powered field portable instrument for checking metering CT’s and secondary metering circuits.
Measures for:
1.6kHz admittance on a CT secondary and/or complete metering loop. 50Hz (or 60Hz) CT secondary current live VA burden of the metering loop from the test block, or at the CT secondary terminals.
The Model 505B is housed in a “Pelican” brand injection molded case. This case offers high resistance to impact, thermal shock, moisture, weather corrosion. Also includes locking flanges, two massive latches and a comfortable molded down carrying handle. The front panel is covered with a polycarbonate label for durability and appearance. The size of the case is 340 x 300 x 150mm and the weight is 5kgs.
